The world's leading smartphone manufacturers

Samsung and Apple, as all know is the world's leading smartphone manufacturer, occupying the top two. But who are third? According to the latest data released by IDC , it seems Huawei now third and holds a 4.9% market share of smartphones in the last quarter.

From data released by IDC, in the fourth quarter of 2012 the last, Samsung issue of 63.7 million units, followed by Apple with 47.8 million units. Huawei in third place with a production of 10.8 million units during the device of the fourth quarter 2012.

Ranked fourth and the fifth, respectively Sony and ZTE, which Sony released at 9.8 million units, and ZTE produced a total of 9.5 million units.

This year, of course we will continue to see positive competition in the arena of smart devices. Huawei, ZTE Sony and also their start this year by introducing their devices at CES 2013, besides which they also will make appearance at MWC in February 2013 soon.
